6-10 years:
Recreational Dreamers: Slide + Lazy River - 2.4 Mile Bike – 0.5 Mile Run
Competitive Cheetahs: 50 Yard Swim - 2.4 Mile Bike – 0.5 Mile Run
11-15 years:
Recreational Hustlers: 100 Yard Swim – 4.4 Mile Bike – 1 Mile Run
Competitive Thunders: 100 Yard Swim – 4.4 Mile Bike – 1 Mile Run
