Chipotle, Winter 2026

Chipotle’s opening in the Kroger parking lot, off of Little Elm Parkway, marks another exciting win for Little Elm’s continued commercial growth. As a nationally recognized brand, Chipotle brings both convenient dining options for residents and added visibility for the area—helping to attract future development and investment.

Auntie Anne's & Jamba Juice, Now Open

Auntie Anne’s and Jamba Juice are coming soon to Little Elm at 2750 Little Elm Parkway, Suite 105—and even better, they’ll feature a convenient drive-thru for grab-and-go snacks, smoothies, and pretzels. Located in the new Little Elm Retail Center, this exciting dual-brand concept brings two nationally loved favorites to one high-traffic location, offering more variety and accessibility to our growing community. Kroger, 2026

Little Elm is welcoming a second Kroger location! This new store will provide a convenient grocery option for residents in the growing 380 corridor.

Thai in Town, Now Open

Little Elm’s dining scene is heating up with the arrival of Thai in Town, an exciting new addition bringing bold flavors and authentic Thai cuisine to the community. Known for its traditional recipes, rich curries, and vibrant stir-fry dishes, Thai in Town has built a reputation for delivering high-quality, flavorful meals in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
